By accessing or using GuardianSoc Pro VPN service, website, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UESE ITALIA SPA ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

GuardianSoc Pro provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through secure servers worldwide. The Service includes:

• VPN client applications for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS
• Access to our global network of VPN servers
• AES-256 encryption for all VPN tunnel traffic
• Account management through our web portal
• Browser extension for proxy-based browsing protection

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may register using an email and password or through Google Sign-In. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

4.1 Free & Paid Plans

The Service may offer both free (guest) and paid subscription plans. Free plans may have limitations on servers, speed, or features. Paid plans provide full access to premium features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected (monthly, yearly, or lifetime)
• All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website at the time of purchase
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction

4.3 Refund Policy

4.4 Activation Codes

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The VPN connection will provide absolute anonymity in all circumstances

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UESE ITALIA SPA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct related to the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UESE ITALIA SPA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Request by law enforcement or government authority
• Extended periods of account inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.

14. Changes to Terms
